Every Fixline quote includes $20M public liability cover, NSW Fair Trading registration, and a 12-month written workmanship warranty. If our repair fails within that period, we come back and fix it at no charge. Certificates available on request.

Do you do ongoing maintenance contracts?
Yes. We maintain several strata complexes and rental portfolios on the Tweed Coast. A maintenance contract locks in your rate, gives you priority booking, and means the same person turns up every time. We can quote per-visit or per-month depending on the volume.
Can you handle tenant access and key management?
Yes. We coordinate directly with tenants for access, carry lockboxes for vacant properties, and report back to the property manager with photos and a written summary of what was done. We understand the compliance side and we document everything.
