Is there a minimum charge for a small job?

Yes, we have a one-hour minimum. But most people have more than one thing on the list, so we work through as many items as we can in that first hour. It is almost always better value to save up a few jobs and book one visit.

Do you fix things you did not install?

Yes. Most of our work is fixing things installed by someone else, or things that have worn out over time. We will tell you honestly if something needs a specialist, like a licensed plumber for gas work or an electrician for switchboard issues.

Can you handle a list of small jobs in one visit?

That is exactly how we prefer to work. Send us the full list and a few photos. We quote the lot, book one visit, and work through it start to finish. Saves you time and saves you money.
